Position Overview Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience5-7 years’ experience in F2F event planning, 2-5 years’ experience in virtual event planning, with execution of largescale conferences and events (500-1,000+ attendees)Additional experience in virtual events with an in depth understanding of live streaming and recorded production, speaker and/or talent management, and virtual event platformsExtremely proficient with virtual web conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and WebexProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAdaptable to the ever-changing virtual landscape as a positive agent for change and team motivator Pharmaceutical Industry knowledge/experience desired, but not requiredMultilingual desired, but not required Partner with client(s) and relevant stakeholders to understand event needs (F2F, Hybrid or Virtual) and develop into full scope project plan.
