Goodwin and Company is seeking an Assistant Event Planner to assist the Lifestyle (Event) Director in planning social events, implement varied activities/programs and responsible for connecting residents through events, communications and new programs for community connections. To be considered, please complete the assessments found when you visit this link: https://assessment.predictiveindex.com/bo/86E/LifestyleCoordinator_Sep2025_16272 • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all Association events, including but not limited to scheduling of events with implementation policies, budgeting, and facilitating preparations • Working in conjunction with the Community Manager • Maintain annual financial records relating to all events and follow annual budget • Preparation of income and expenses for individual events • Guide Board of Directors by providing professional administrative assistance • Solicit bids for special projects; request work orders for emergency services and/or repairs • Attend all events funded and supported by the Association (occasional Weekends/Evenings) • Coordinate e-blasts and exercise good communication skills • Maintain complete and current files for all events • Maintain good rapport with Board of Directors, Homeowners, Residents and Business Partners; respond promptly to all requests and in accordance with company policy • Build community involvement • Promote partnership opportunities Job Type: Full-time
