Position Overview The Junior Wedding Planner supports the execution of The Wedding Architects’ luxury wedding experiences across all package tiers: Framework, Pavilion, Cathedral, and Maison. Client Support & Planning • Assist with initial client consultations, scheduling, and intake for Framework and Pavilion-level weddings. Vendor & Logistics Coordination • Communicate directly with vendors for confirmations, delivery schedules, and setup requirements. Creative & Design Assistance • Collaborate with the design and editorial teams to align décor, floral, and production elements with the overall wedding architecture. • Maintain consistent communication with lead planners to ensure a flawless event flow.
