Job Location: Agoura Hills, California, United States Event Production Company is seeking a full-time Production Coordinator to support Project Managers in the pre-production, production, and post-production phases of corporate events. • Professional writing skills to communicate with event crew members, clients, and vendors • Assist in onboarding event crews with their document requirements • W4/W9s, payroll tracking, event service agreements • Assist in managing Excel spreadsheets associated with event crew rooms, flights, and meals. Requirements • Proven experience as a production assistant or coordinator and a passion for the live event industry. • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in production or business environment in a supporting role (preferred).
