This role plays a key part in driving traffic to the center, fostering community engagement, and enhancing the entertainment experience for current tenants. This role requires strong organizational skills, community outreach experience, and the ability to maintain accurate event records while continuously improving future events based on evaluations and feedback. Grow and develop current events Work with local community organizations to create and support events that benefit the area and increase venue engagement. Handle on-site troubleshooting and resolve any issues that arise during events.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors, community organizations, and internal teams.
