The University of Pittsburgh's Business, Hospitality, and Auxiliary Services University Stores team is seeking a qualified Marketing and Events Coordinator. • Acts as a liaison for all aspects of event planning, identifying event opportunities, coordinating scheduling, organizing, and staffing events with the Operations Manager and team, gathering requests for marketing support, and collaborating with other team members to ensure each event is successfully executed. • Collaborates with the BHAS marketing team to identify effective marketing tactics and create an action plan for all stores' marketing. • Performs post-event tasks related to assessing the event's success; documents issues and identifies improvements for future planning.
