Overview: The Marketing Coordinator will help manage webinars, virtual events, trade show partnerships, advertising programs, and lead generation campaigns. This role works closely with sales, marketing, clients, vendors, and external partners to support marketing efforts and track campaign success.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate webinars, virtual events, and lead generation campaigns from start to finishCommunicate with sponsors, vendors, and clients to answer questions and ensure successful campaign executionMaintain project timelines, campaign calendars, KPIs, and status updates in AsanaWork with designers to create marketing materials such as emails, banners, landing pages, and promotional contentSupport digital marketing efforts across website, email, and social media channelsPartner with agencies on social media advertising and monitor campaign performanceUpdate and create marketing and sales materials including media kits, case studies, newsletters, and promotional contentAssist with expo and trade show partnerships, including logistics, sponsor activities, lead collection, and reportingCollaborate with sales, marketing, events, and ad operations teams to execute campaigns and provide reporting and client support

Required Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in xklufbp marketing, event marketing, digital marketing, or a related fieldStrong organizational and project management skillsComfortable working directly with clients and external partnersExperience with HTML, WordPress, and marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred)Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design softwareAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong relationship-building and communication skills
