Marketing Events Specialist

Assist with the purchase, design, distribution, and inventory of promotional products.Act as liaison between the events team and internal departments, attorneys, and vendors to coordinate, track tasks, and maintain deadlines for the firm.Oversee on-site support (registration, nametags, A/V, F&B, handouts, and giveaways) with other marketing and venue personnel.Execute research for local and national venue and catering options.Collaborate with the design team to assist with event invitations, promotional product designs, and marketing signage.Track and process invoices from vendors, ensuring accuracy.Manage and execute additional special projects that may arise.Develop event strategies based on current trends in the event planning industry that will improve event execution. A degree in hospitality, tourism, or marketing is a plus.3-5 years of experience in events, hotel management, or the professional service industry.Travel is required. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location.
