Meeting Event Planner

• 6 month timeframe* • There is up to 30% domestic travel and some programs could result in 2 nights on the road* The team, in close partnership with colleagues across all lines of business, manages the entire event planning process from conception through event completion. As the Corporate Responsibility Event Planner, you will support the strategy and execution for our Corporate Responsibility (CR) department, which oversees the development and implementation of the firm’s CR agenda and initiatives. You will report to the Vice President of Events for Corporate Responsibility on the Corporate Firmwide Events team, specifically supporting the Market Leadership Teams (MLT). Job responsibilities: • Deliver strategic events programming that drives meaningful interactions with external and internal audiences, raises awareness of CR initiatives and efforts and support the department’s goals.
