The Meeting & Events Specialist provides support to meetings rooms and the conferencing operation by handling customer inquiries, processing reservations, and acting as a liaison between the client and the Conference Services Department. •Communicate to all relevant internal departments and subcontractors the specific needs of the client, both in advance of and during the course of meetings •Verify meeting room setups prior to the start of each meeting to ensure customer expectations are met.
