Meeting Planner

Pinnacle Partners has an opening for a full time Meeting Planner. This is a fully onsite role. This position will provide exceptional and professional representation of a Managing Director within a financial services industry. The primary functions will include coordinating and scheduling meetings, coordinating event details, travel arrangements, etc. This role is approved for hire, but will include a temp to hire process to ensure it is a great long term fit for both the company and the candidate.
