Mirro Event Planner

Responsible for the planning, and execution of logistics for events, conferences, and meetings from conception to completion for both internal and external customers. Manages sales and contract negotiations, organizes client meetings, budget management, menu design and selection, room set up requirements, décor selection, arrange security, arrangement of audio visual services and event timeline. 3 to 5 years experience in meeting planning or in hospitality industry. Excellent knowledge of event planning, meeting room space management, menu planning and banquet standards. Ability to manage employees in an event setting, guide guests and manage crowd control.
