On-Site Event Coordinator & Content Creator

Location: Indianapolis, IN (On-Site) Compensation: $18–$20/hr + Event Commissions (Total: $18–$26/hr range) Employment Type: Part-Time (30 Hours/Week) You'll coordinate events at The Alchemist and support Red Lion Grog House with reservation management and social media content. Schedule & Compensation: • Hours: 30 hours per week (flexible, but must include some evenings and weekends) • Base Pay: $18–$20/hr • Event Commissions: $50–$200+ per event based on size and scope • Total Compensation Range: $18–$26/hr on average with commissions • Perks: Free coffee during Alchemist shifts & meals during Red Lion shifts Requirements: • Experience in hospitality, events, nightlife, or social media preferred • Must be based in Indianapolis and available to work on-site • Comfortable working evenings and weekends • Strong communication and organizational skills • Familiar with Canva, Instagram, Facebook, Eventbrite, Google Drive • Bonus if you have photography, video editing, or content creation skills Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
