Act as the primary onsite contact for events, coordinating with catering, AV, security, and transportation partners.Provide day-of-event support, including being on-call or onsite, running product demos, and capturing event documentation (surveys, photos).Conduct staff meetings, event space walkthroughs, and briefings as needed.Manage onsite logistics for registration, rooms, hospitality desk, food & beverage, activities, business meetings, technology, and VIP handling.Implement crisis management procedures and ensure communication plans are in place.Serve as liaison to clients for onsite event logistics and keep all stakeholders informed of changes.Collaborate with teams to define solutions and ensure the best event experience for clients and guests. This is an Onsite role, locations available: Sunnyvale CATravel requirements: Minimal (as needed for events).The total compensation range for this position is $60,000–$70,000, determined based on experience and qualifications. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided.
