The Onsite Event Venue Coordinator is highly visible position, acting as the first point of contact for guests in the assigned venue. Welcome guests and provide a high level of hospitality while serving as a primary point of contact within the venue.Answer guest questions, provide directions, and assist with special requests to ensure a positive guest experience.Manage luggage and coat check services while maintaining an organized and professional reception area.Monitor and replenish reception and venue supplies as needed.Support onsite event operations by assisting Venue Managers with event-related tasks and logistics.Serve as a venue ambassador by providing daily venue walkthroughs and sharing knowledge of venue amenities and services.Assist with shipping and receiving, data entry, and other administrative support duties.Handle confidential information and follow established venue policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines. This is an Onsite role.Travel is not required.Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 per year. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided.
