We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Events Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our growing team. This role combines office management, vendor coordination, event planning, employee experience, and administrative support responsibilities across multiple office locations. Working closely with the executive team and Operations Director, this individual will serve as a key point of contact for operational coordination, technology and vendor management, event logistics, and office support. Arrange travel logistics and related administrative coordination for advisors, leadership, and company initiatives as needed.
