Manage event specifications including web platform, as well as adherence to all SOPs, SOEs. We operate 24/7 with a concentration in programming between 8:00 am – 11:00 pm ET. Exceptional communication skills, as well as strong sense of professionalism required. Previous technical customer service experience preferred. Must have virtual event execution experience.
