REPORTS TO: Playhouse Events Manager PRIMARY FUNCTION: This position is responsible for working across departments to support the generation, coordination and implementation of Pittsburgh Playhouse special events focusing on festivals, internal events and community engagement. • 1 to 3 years of experience working in customer service and live production coordination. • Ability to follow directives and work independently as well as in a team • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment under deadline pressure • Willingness and ability to work irregular hours including some evenings, weekends and holidays. • Work in collaboration with university conferences and events services • Schedule and lead facility tours • Assist in the scheduling of all internal and external events in collaboration with all university departments including Playhouse and CES.
