Maine Development Foundation (MDF) is seeking an energetic, highly organized, and detail-oriented Program & Events Coordinator to support leadership development programs, statewide initiatives, conferences, trainings, and events.

About the Role

Help Build a Stronger Maine! The MDF Program & Events Coordinator serves as a key member of MDF’s Program & Administration team and supports planning, coordination, communications, administration, and execution of multiple programs and events throughout the year, including Institute for Civic Leadership, Leadership Maine, Policy Leaders Academy, and Maine Adult Promise.

What You Will Do

*Program and project coordination; event planning and logistics

*Stakeholder communications

*Workplan tracking and reporting

*SharePoint and CRM database management

*Meeting and committee support

*Conference and training coordination

*Newsletters, website and social media support

*Presentations and report preparation

Qualifications

*Associate degree preferred and 2-3 years of experience in program, project, nonprofit, administrative, or event coordination.

*Strong organizational, communication, technology, and project management skills required.

*Experience with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms required.

*Strong attention to detail a must

Salary

Full-Time, Non-Exempt. Range: $42,000 – $65,000
