****About The Role****

Banner House’s Programming Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of club events, activities, and member programming. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating exceptional member experiences. The coordinator will work closely with multiple departments to ensure seamless event delivery and high levels of member engagement.

****What You'll Do****

* Assist in the planning and execution of club events, including social gatherings, family programming, wellness activities, and special events
* Coordinate event logistics such as scheduling, vendor communication, room setup, and materials preparation
* Maintain and update the club’s programming calendar and event registration systems
* Support member communications by drafting event descriptions, emails, and promotional materials
* Collaborate with food & beverage, fitness, and other departments to ensure smooth event operations
* Track attendance, gather feedback, and assist in post-event reporting and analysis
* Provide on-site support during events, including setup, check-in, and breakdown
* Respond to member inquiries regarding programming in a timely and professional manner
* Assist with administrative tasks related to programming and membership engagement

****Qualifications****

* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
* 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, events, customer service, or a related field
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva; experience with event management software is a plus
* Positive attitude with a strong focus on member service and experience

* Primarily on-site at a private membership club
* Combination of office work and active event support
* Fast-paced, member-focused environment requiring flexibility and teamwork
* Flexible to work evenings, weekends, & holidays
