We’re growing—and looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Event Project Coordinator to join our creative team. What You'll Do: • Coordinate project timelines, production schedules, and vendor logistics • Manage documents using Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, and Canva • Support creative sourcing, mood board development, and event design • Communicate clearly with vendors and partners on Renny’s behalf • Attend and assist onsite at events (local & destination travel required) Who You Are: Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Fluent in Excel, Google Workspace, and Canva Polished, professional, and collaborative under pressure Available for weekend events and travel in 2026 A strong sense of design and client service is a must (Experience with HoneyBook or Aisle Planner is a bonus) Please note: This is not a planning role but a project support position.
