Credence Innovations is a fast-growing marketing and events firm based in Indianapolis and we're looking for a driven, people-first Promotional Event Specialist to join our expanding team. You'll be out in the community every day — running live promotional events, engaging directly with the public, and representing our clients' brands face-to-face.

No experience needed. Full paid training from day one.

What You'll Do

Represent Credence Innovations' clients at live promotional events, pop-up activations, and retail locations throughout IndianapolisEngage members of the public face-to-face — starting genuine conversations and delivering compelling brand presentationsSet up, manage, and break down event displays and branded materials professionally every shiftDrive customer acquisition and hit daily and weekly event performance targetsTrack customer interactions, participation data, and event feedback accuratelyCollaborate with your team and leadership to continuously improve event strategy and resultsGrow into leadership — we promote based on performance, not seniorityWhat We're Looking For
