Innovations is hiring a Regional Event Manager in Indianapolis to lead and execute live promotional events and consumer engagement campaigns throughout the region. This is a leadership role built for sharp, driven professionals who are ready to manage a team, own results, and grow fast. You will be in the field every day — running live events, leading your team, and making sure every activation delivers real results for our clients.

What You Will Do Plan, organize, and manage live promotional events and consumer engagement campaigns throughout the Indianapolis region on behalf of our clients Lead, train, and motivate a team of Marketing Communications Assistants and Promotional Representatives on-site at every event Develop and execute regional event communication strategies that deliver consistent on-brand messaging across every consumer touchpoint Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community partners, and event venues throughout the region Oversee all event logistics including venue setup, team scheduling, breakdown, and post-event reporting Track team performance, campaign results, and consumer engagement metrics — reporting insights to senior leadership Identify performance gaps within your team and develop action plans to close them fast Drive a high-performance results-driven team culture at every single event What We Are Looking For A natural leader with proven ability to motivate, develop, and hold a team accountable in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal communication and organisational skills — equally sharp one-on-one and in front of a group Degree or current enrollment in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field — preferred, not required Prior experience in event management, marketing, or team leaders
