The Administrative Assistant Intern will provide day-to-day operational and program support to keep PBB running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity to learn nonprofit operations, youth program administration, and stakeholder communications in a mission‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities
* Scheduling & Calendars:
Coordinate meetings, maintain shared calendars, and prepare agendas and notes.
* Email & Communications:
Draft professional correspondence, triage the info inbox, and track follow‑ups.
* Data & Records:
Maintain contact lists, organize files, and support light reporting.
* Program Logistics:
Assist with sign‑ups, forms, attendance tracking, and resource distribution for IGNITE sessions.
* Event Support (virtual-first):
Prepare Zoom links, slides/handouts, run-of-show docs, and post‑event summaries.
* Stakeholder Support:
Help coordinate Parent Advisory Committee touchpoints and partner/speaker outreach.
* Documentation:
Create and update SOPs, checklists, and templates to improve team efficiency.
* Special Projects:
Research vendors, compile lists, and assist with grant/admin tasks as assigned.

* Strong written and verbal communication; professional email etiquette.

Time Commitment & Supervision
* Hours:
8–15 hours/week, scheduled around your availability (some tasks may need coverage during East Coast business hours).
