Sales Coordinator Job Description This role requires a Sales Coordinator to work 100% on-site at various event facilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and writing skills, as well as experience in event planning, sales, and customer service. Key responsibilities include: • Acting as the primary contact for event facility bookings • Scheduling events for multiple venues • Prospecting within national, regional, and state areas to develop rental opportunities • Negotiating contracts with lessees according to established policies and procedures The successful candidate will also contribute to sales strategies, coordinate with administrative staff, and work at events and venues.
