Sales & Event Coordinator

Our Private Dining Coordinator manages all aspects of private events, from initial client inquiries and booking to event execution, acting as the liaison between guests, sales, and kitchen/F&B teams to ensure seamless, high-quality experiences, handling administrative tasks like contracts, BEOs (Banquet Event Orders), and inventory, and ensuring guest satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving. Ensure readiness of dining areas, manage inventory of linens/supplies, and assist with setup/breakdown for events. Previous experience as a fine dining restaurant event coordinator or similar sales role Strong communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
