Senior Event Coordinator

Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Senior Event Coordinator for their Richmond, VA location.

Responsibilities:Designed to meet the interests and needs of our client-partners; Delivered in a timely, on-budget fashion with freshness and appeal; Communicate to participants that they are valued; Consistently leverage and inform stakeholders, including partnership with other Chief of Staff communication and design teamsProvides logistical support for complex, top-of-house campaigns and events, ensuring seamless execution and high-impact deliveryOpenly and actively contribute as a member of the Chief of Staff teamUse deep focus, exceptional judgment, and the ability to pay painstaking attention to detail and deliver against aggressive timelinesBe highly motivated, proactive, flexible and results-oriented – willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done, even in situations where the work is outside of the scope of your respective roleDemonstrate strong organizational and prioritization capabilities
Requirements:Bachelor's degree or military experienceAt least 3 year experience with Google SuiteAt least 3years experience in event planningAt least 3 years experience in project management5+ years experience in event planning5+ years experience in stakeholder management
