Senior Event Planner

This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely on certain days while collaborating in person with clients and the team at our office. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing a diverse range of high-profile events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless logistical management. Develop event concepts, themes, and detailed production plans in collaboration with clients. Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor sourcing and negotiation, budget management, and timeline adherence. Oversee event budgets, ensuring profitability while delivering exceptional value to clients.
