As an Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning and executing events that exceed our customers' expectations. You will be responsible for: • Planning and coordinating multiple events, including children's parties and craft classes; • Engaging with clients of all ages, creating an environment of fun and creativity; • Demonstrating and instructing party participants in craft projects, performing face painting and other activities; • Facilitating party add-ons and communicating events with clients and store team members; • Completing administrative tasks such as answering emails and making phone calls; We are looking for someone who is energetic and enthusiastic, with excellent people skills, experience working with children, and good communication skills. If you have retail and/or customer service experience, that's a plus!
