You'll build and execute event programs that directly drive revenue growth while managing a team and collaborating with global marketing leadership to scale operations across multiple markets. Your Strategic Impact: • Lead comprehensive event marketing strategy for West Coast territory, managing $500K+ annual event budgets with direct ROI accountability • Plan and execute 30+ trade shows, conferences, and customer events annually - from logistics to post-event analysis and lead conversion • Build data-driven marketing programs that demonstrate clear ROI and business impact for executive leadership • Manage and mentor East Coast event marketing specialists, creating scalable processes and best practices • Collaborate with global marketing team in Asia on brand consistency and campaign alignment across time zones • Develop customer insights through market research, competitor analysis, and direct customer engagement at events • Partner with sales teams to create integrated campaigns that support pipeline development and customer acquisition • Drive digital marketing integration including social media, webinars, and content marketing to amplify event impact The Opportunity: • Competitive base salary ($90K-$120K) plus performance bonuses tied to event ROI and lead generation metrics.
