Total Estimated Assignment Hours: · Manage the design of the Enterprise Monitoring Solution meeting the Public Safety & Emergency Management needs as it relates to monitoring and alerting requirements. · Manage project close out and transition of all project artifacts and knowledge transfer to Agency staff prior to disengaging from a project. · Experience with IT Service Management and Enterprise Monitoring tools · Project Management experience including project planning, scheduling with significant project.
