Under the guidance of the Enterprise Events Team, your focus will be on managing logistics and coordinating vendors to ensure high-quality, impactful events. Primary Focus: Groundbreakings and Grand Openings • Coordinate all logistics for events, including: • Site visits and venue layout planning • Equipment and furniture rentals • Coordination of tents, staging, and audio/visual needs • Catering management • Decoration and signage organization • Guest list management and on-site check-in • Preparation of run-of-show schedules • On-site management during events • Act as the primary contact for vendors and staff on event-related activities • Ensure smooth execution on the day of the event by serving as the point of contact for all involved • Monitor and report on event budgets and expenditures Qualifications • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event logistics or production, particularly outdoor and construction-related events • Strong ability to organize and coordinate complex event logistics • Exceptional vendor management, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Comfortable managing budgets and financial documentation • Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends • Experience with nonprofit or mission-driven events is a plus The hourly rate for this role ranges from $45 to $50, based on skills and experience.
