Volunteer & Events Specialist/Coordinator, Full Time

Humane Pennsylvania, a national leader in animal welfare, is seeking the ideal person to serve as the driver of its volunteer program and its primary special events. Previous volunteer management and/or charitable event oversight experience is experience is preferred, however, related experience will be given consideration. Retail management and design experience is a plus. This position both directly engages with volunteers, and support HPA managers in their direct management of volunteers within their departments. This position is responsible for planning, venue and vendor recruitment, event volunteer management, and event set-up and breakdown, under the management and direction of senior HPA staff and in partnership with key volunteers.
