Role Responsibilities • Attend Client planning meetings as needed • Onsite event assistance • On a high level, this position is responsible for ensuring every aspect of the wedding day (within company control) is performed flawlessly and to the client’s specifications (includes wedding party prep, transportation confirmation, being the vendor liaison/primary contact) • Ability to think on your feet and make decisive judgment calls • Setup and teardown of ceremony and reception space(s) • Maintain a clean, professional, and calm appearance at all times
