Duties Wedding Rehearsal • Lead and direct the wedding rehearsal • Instruct wedding party on processional, recessional, and responsibilities • Ensure families and officiant have clear expectations for the wedding day Wedding Day Coordination • Serve as main point of contact for all vendors, guests, and the wedding party • Manage setup and ensure décor is placed according to the plan • Maintain and execute the full timeline, adjusting as needed • Oversee all vendor arrivals and deliveries • Coordinate ceremony lineup, processional, and transitions • Assist couple with special needs (dress bustles, personal items, quiet moments, etc.)
