Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Wedding Coordinator located in Charlotte, NC. The Wedding Coordinator will be responsible for planning and coordinating weddings, managing event details, and ensuring events run smoothly. The role also involves resolving any issues that may arise during events and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Qualifications • Proven expertise in Wedding Planning, Event Planning, and Event Management • Strong Customer Service skills to build relationships with clients and exceed expectations • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage event logistics and address challenges effectively • Experience in a related or similar role is highly preferred • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
