The majority of people will only ever see the frontend live production of weddings. However, our staff is doing whatever it takes, long before guests arrive for the once in a life time show, to prepare the venue, service, and all the backend logistics that make the day of look seamless..
Therefore, we need someone that is self motivated, organized, can work quickly, and can analyze situations quickly to make the best decision. And, while under pressure, still have the composure to provide excellent customer service.

This is job posting is for a full time employee, generally 30-50 hrs per week, 4 days onsite work and some offsite handling of emails and phone calls. - the hospitality sector requires Friday Saturday, Sunday. We must manage work life balance while simultaneously ensuring dependability for handling once in a lifetime moments.
Duties:
Wedding day management- ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. You will help with florals, setup tables, decor, answer guest questions, fluff a bride's dress, drive a golf cart to the best picture spots, help with food service, give vendors direction and help clean up the event.
Couples' look to our day of coordinators for confidence, a smile, and solutions to their once in a life time day. Not only couples but a 100+ people look to coordinators and team for direction and event flow.
Couples' seek a knowledgeable and confident booking consultations when they are exploring venues. Being able share your enthusiasm and knowledge with prospects will create a successful pipeline of events.
Back office side; this role will also require full client and event success management - requiring billing updates, contract distribution, vendor management, and inventory control.
