The wedding industry is fun, it draws a nice allure, but all the beauty is created from hard work. There are lots of moving pieces and limited time.
Therefore, we need someone that is self motivated, organized, can work quickly, and can analyze situations quickly to make the best decision. And, while under pressure, still have the composure to provide excellent customer service.

This is a primarily a part time weekend role, so the ability to work at least every other weekend is required. We are supportive of flexible work schedules - we must also balance dependability for handling couple's once in a lifetime moments.
Specific Duties:
You will help mostly with wedding days - ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. You will help with florals, setup tables, decor, answer guest questions, fluff a bride's dress, drive a golf cart to the best picture spots, help with food service, give vendors direction and help clean up the event.
As you build confidence and learn from the Lead Coordinator, we would like you to be able to take lead on day of coordination of events in the near future. This would also include some prewedding day calls and meetings.
