$150 per wedding (6-10 hour day)
Location: Tampa, FL
We’re hiring and looking for a Wedding Day Assistant Coordinator for the Fall 2026 wedding season! This role will support the lead planner on event days. From helping to set up beautiful spaces, keeping timelines on track, to collaborating closely with vendors you're showing up for our couples on one of the most meaningful days of their lives.
We’re looking for someone who’s curious, eager to learn, calm under pressure, and genuinely excited to build experience in the wedding world. This is the perfect opportunity for someone eager to grow their experience in wedding and event planning, and be part of a supportive and fun team!
📝What You’ll Do:
Assist the lead planner with wedding day execution - from setup to cleanupCoordinate with vendors, keep timelines on track, and be the calm in the chaosServe as a warm, reliable presence for couples and guestsLearn our planning process inside and out, with mentorship along the wayTreat every wedding like it’s your own - because that’s what we do here
🤍 What We’re Looking For:
Someone who’s detail-obsessed, solution-oriented, and kind under pressureA people person who communicates with warmth and confidenceAvailability on weekends and nontraditional hours (this is a wedding gig!)Event/wedding or hospitality experience is a plus, but not requiredA valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
