Wedding Décor Assistant

This role focuses primarily on setting up wedding décor before guests arrive and ensuring every detail is beautifully placed according to the event design. This is a hands-on position that involves unloading décor, arranging tables and décor elements, following setup instructions, and helping transform venues into beautiful event spaces. Wedding dates vary throughout the year, and you’ll only be asked to work when additional help is needed. As Ivory Events continues to grow, there may be opportunities for additional responsibilities and hours for team members who demonstrate reliability, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
