Assistant Director for Facilities and Event Management

The Assistant Director for Facilities and Event Management plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations, facilities coordination, and event management for the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences location at 955 Main Street. Reporting to Jacobs School administrative leadership, this position provides operational oversight for a complex academic, clinical, and event-driven environment, serving as a key liaison between campus partners, external vendors, faculty, staff, students, and visitors. This role holds responsibility for facilities operations, event planning and execution, space utilization, safety coordination, service center oversight, and customer-focused service delivery.
