Banquets & Events Catering Coordinator

The Pacific Club in Honolulu seeks an events coordinator to promote the club’s dining facilities for private banquets and member activities, and to oversee all administrative and operational aspects of preparing and serving events. You will coordinate mid-to-large-size events with the Executive Chef, enter menus and events in NorthStar, create BEOs and floor plans, confirm details daily, and coordinate deposits, invoicing, and payments.
