Catering and Events Manager

Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients during events Ensure accuracy and communication of all event details to culinary, banquet, AC and hotel operations teams Conduct pre-event meetings (resume meetings) and post-event reviews 2-4 years of catering, events, or hotel sales experience (hotel experience is strongly preferred) Proven success in event sales and execution You have at least a high school diploma with a college degree preferred Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends) Proficiency in sales and event management systems (Delphi, Opera, CITY, TripleSeat or similar preferred) Knowledge of food and beverage operations and banquet service standards.
