The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting sales and field service training initiatives, tradeshows & events, and onsite commercial meetings to help drive business growth and improve commercial team performance. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills. Training Program Management • Coordinate and schedule Commercial Sales and Service training sessions, workshops, and events delivering an experience consistent with our brand and culture while hitting budget objectives • Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements. • Work with cross functional teams, including sales, sales training, field service, marketing, and marketing communications to ensure alignment between tradeshow/events and business objectives • Member of the National Service and Sales meeting support team with responsibilities for materials, logistics, registration and onsite support. • Management of the sales and marketing equipment demo fleet to support commercial activities.
