Community & Events Coordinator

Holder Construction is seeking a Community & Events Coordinator to support our MNO Data Center project in Monrovia, Indiana. The position works closely with the project leadership team, client representatives, and local stakeholders to support community outreach, site‑related events, and day‑to‑day coordination throughout the life of the project. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is organized, people‑oriented, and comfortable representing a large construction project in a small‑community setting. Plan and support project‑related events, including groundbreakings, milestones, ribbon cuttings, open houses, and community engagement eventsManage event logistics such as scheduling, vendors, catering, invitations, and on‑site executionCoordinate with project leadership, owner representatives, trade partners, and local officials as neededSupport accurate tracking and documentation of event and outreach activities 2–5 years of experience in community relations, event coordination, operations support, communications, or a related fieldStrong organizational, coordination, and follow‑through skillsComfortable managing multiple tasks and working independently in an active jobsite environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsWillingness to support broader project and team needs as they ariseComfortable interacting with the public and representing an active construction projectExperience with construction, large developments, infrastructure, or industrial projects is a plusFamiliarity with the Monrovia / Morgan County area is a plus
