The senior coordinator of Conferences/Events within the Marketing team will provide support for the overall strategy and planning for the Firm’s events and marketing functions, and the delivery of multiple types of events across the Firm. As such this role is a key component of the Firm’s client, business development and marketing strategy. About The Job • Assist in planning and executing logistics for standalone conferences, private events, sponsored conferences, hosted client dinners, and virtual programs, including budget preparation, site selection, hotel contract negotiations, branded social media collateral, catering, and speaker coordination. • Prepare and manage event materials for onsite use by the conference planning team and attendees, including printing, event materials, and giveaways.
