Corporate Events - Sales Manager

Club Sportiva is looking for a Corporate Event Sales Manager to lead and grow our corporate and private events business. The right person will be comfortable managing inbound leads, developing new business, closing events, leading client relationships, and helping build the event sales team as the business grows. Ensure the venue is presented beautifully for tours, client visits, and events Coordinate with internal operations teams and outside vendors as needed Ensure event-day details are handled professionally and efficiently Troubleshoot issues quickly and calmly during live events Maintain compliance with insurance, legal, health, safety, and venue requirements Look for ways to improve event quality, client experience, and profitability Proven event sales and/or event management experience Strong corporate event, hospitality, venue, catering, or private event background Demonstrated ability to sell, close, and manage client relationships Experience managing multiple events, clients, and deadlines at the same time Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results Ability to lead staff, vendors, and event teams Professional, polished, and confident with clients Strong problem-solving skills, especially under pressure Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems Ability to work nights and weekends depending on the event schedule Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you would be a great fit for Club Sportiva and this Director of Corporate Event Sales role.
