Director, Event Program

Based in San Jose headquarters, the Director of Event Programs at Supermicro leads the strategy, planning, and execution of US corporate events, industry tradeshows, customer summits, partner conferences, and executive programs that showcase Supermicro’s technology leadership. The director collaborates cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Executive teams to develop event roadmaps aligned with company priorities, while managing budgets, teams, vendors, and program performance. • Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI development and event performance reporting.
