We’re currently hiring an Event Assistant to help support the planning, coordination, and execution of our marketing events. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and wants to build a career in event marketing, marketing coordination, or event management. What You'll Do • Assist with planning and executing marketing events and brand promotions • Coordinate event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and staff support • Communicate with clients to understand event goals and expectations • Provide event updates and progress reports to internal teams • Support on-site event operations, including guest registration and activity coordination • Ensure event materials, signage, and promotional assets are prepared and organized • Work with internal teams including marketing, design, and production • Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth event execution • Collect attendee and client feedback to improve future events • Assist with post-event reporting and performance insights
