Entry Level Event Assistant

Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Event Assistant to join our team in Madison. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in dynamic environments and is eager to learn about event coordination and video production support. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with the on-site setup and breakdown of videography equipment at events • Support the lead videographers and event coordinators throughout events • Provide basic administrative and coordination support before and after events • Greet clients and guests and help ensure all event needs are met • Assist with inventory checks and restocking supplies between shoots • Learn safety protocols and proper handling of video and lighting equipment Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
